Dr Edward Bach devoted much of his life to a new system of medicine he was sure could be found in nature. He used his natural gifts and intuition to lead him (after several years of trial and error) to plants (mainly flowers) and trees that would make up the 38 essences, each one aimed at a different emotion or mental state. He believed the route of ill health was mental and spiritual anguish. He found that treating his patients with particular flower essences got to the root of their ill health and unhappiness and unblocked their natural healing potential.
One of the four realms that Kinesiology focuses on is emotion. Emotions impact whether the energy is balanced within a meridian and an organ. Each meridian and organ corresponds to a different emotion. We can help release anything that is no longer serving your best interests and that your body is ready to let go of using various simple techniques.
Bach Flower Remedies are so powerful at supporting your emotional wellbeing that they will be a core part of the recommendations made at the end of your session.
How to Take: Adults can take four drops, four times daily. You can add the drops to water or take them directly on the tongue.
