All mentoring and coaching remains fully human-led.

Call recording will only take place with your explicit consent. You will be informed at the start of any recorded session and may request that recording is paused or disabled at any time.

You may request access to, or deletion of, any recordings or summaries created during your sessions.

AI tools are not used for automated decision-making, profiling, diagnostics or behavioural monitoring.

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you — including secure call-recording and transcription providers such as Fathom — provided those parties agree to keep this information confidential and process data in line with UK GDPR requirements.
