We collect information from you when you fill out a form on our site. When completing the Contact Form, you will be asked to enter your name and phone number or email address. You may however visit our site anonymously.

We would only collect sensitive date when you complete the Client History Form prior to having a Kinesiology session. We require your explicit consent for processing sensitive data and we will request your signature for this consent on our hard copy form.

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
