How I work
My work draws on mentoring, coaching, and kinesiology as different ways of understanding what sits beneath the surface.
Whichever way you choose to work with me, there is a common thread running through it.
A recognition that you are not lacking something; but that your own inner knowing has, at some point, been overridden.
This work is about gently course-correcting that.
Helping you come back into relationship with yourself.
To recognise what’s true for you.
And to trust it again.
You are here to lead yourself, from the wisdom within.
The space I hold
I spent over 20 years in senior leadership roles, so I understand the pressure of holding everything together...the expectations, the responsibility, and the toll it takes.
Alongside that my own health led me into kinesiology, and other philosophies that honour the mind-body connection. Understanding the metaphysical links between symptoms and causes is a completely different way of listening in to what the body is trying to tell you.
Now, my work brings these worlds together.
Strategy and intuition.
Leadership and embodiment.
Thinking and knowing.
You are sovereign.
You already hold the answers; you just need someone to help you remember how to access them.
