The initial consultation includes a full kinesiology balance as described below, plus an in depth review of your medical history, current health concerns and priorities for the session. 

The full kinesiology balance will include:

• Muscle testing of all relevant systems in your body to establish the root cause of your health issues
• A full treatment to reset the body and return it to homeostasis (balance) so that optimum healing and repair can begin. This will include; lymphatic massage, acupressure, emotional stress and trauma release, energy balancing through meridian and chakra work
• Any relevant structural corrections, which might include work on; the digestive system, endocrine system, spine,  jaw, pelvis, cranials, whichever is relevant for you
• Food sensitivity testing (if relevant to imbalances found)
• Bespoke supplement & remedy recommendation - relevant supplements & remedies are identified through muscle testing to find those that are most beneficial to your body
• Relevant recommended lifestyle changes
