This is where we delve into where you are right now. We will deep dive into the fears, limiting beliefs, outdated stories and emotions that have kept you bound and stuck. When we see and feel the fears, we minimise their hold on us and we start to release them and break free.
In this module, we work on reconnecting with and establishing your core values. You’ll see where you are aligned to your values and what needs to change to bring you back on track. This is the foundation of living an authentic, courageous life!
We will also be using creative visioning and clarifying your mission for the road ahead.
Balance and flow are the keys to not giving power to judgment and building resilience and courage to step up and start shining your beautiful authentic light!
We will cover the 4 fundamentals for health and wellbeing as well as focusing on raising your vibration. These learnings will start to create inner balance and flow.
This is where we learn Daily Alignment Strategies. The strategies will keep you in balance and flow and ensure that your energy is grounded. We will explore ways to protect your energy and ways of releasing any toxicity from your life that has kept you stuck in fear up to now.
After a deep self reflective practice, you will create a NEW YOU blueprint to keep you aligned as you journey forwards. You will create a manifesto and a set of personal policies to hold yourself accountable to. The new you needs new role definitions, as well as commitment to the practice of using the tools you have learnt and begun to implement.
Whilst you need to take responsibility for getting through the work, there will be plenty of:
1 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching session per module.
Designed to be accessed at the pace of one a fortnight. These comprehensive workbooks contain lots of guidance as well as reflective practices to support your journey.

Alternatively you can pay in 3 monthly instalments of £225.
There are 2 alternative entry options if you're looking for something a bit more hands off.
You can choose to complete the programme through self-study OR you can choose to include a smaller degree of accountability by adding in 3 60 minute coaching sessions.

You can begin whenever you are ready.
Modules are designed to be worked through on a fortnightly basis over the 12 week period. There are 2 implementation weeks included to allow reflection and integration or catch up time.
All 1:1 coaching sessions are designed to support your journey through the programme and must be taken within the 12-week course duration. There is no option to extend them past the end date.
The 5 trainings/tutorials are each around 30 minutes long.
The coaching sessions are between 60 minutes.
There are also 5 workbooks to support each module. The time to complete these will vary depending on the individual.
In total, you will need to dedicate around 2 hours a week to the programme so that you get the most out of it and can start living a more authentic, values aligned life.
I would strongly encourage planning time in your diary to follow the structure of the experience as it is scheduled, working through a new module every 2 weeks.
Module 1 is meaty and may require 3 weeks. There is time factored into the course to accommodate this. Working at this pace will ensure you get the maximum benefit from the experience and remain in flow with the intended pace and structure.
If you do need more time to complete the programme after the 12 weeks have passed because life happens sometimes (!), you will have lifetime access to the Tutorials and workbooks so will be able to continue on a self-study basis.
You will only need access to Zoom for your Coaching calls and to emails to access the PDF workbooks and Tutorial links to YouTube.
The investment for the programme with 5 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions and all other materials is £675.
If you wish to pay in instalments, the investment is £225 x three monthly payments. Please contact me for other options if required.
Once we've had a Discovery Call and you have confirmation that the programme is perfect for you, you'll receive a payment link for your chosen Access Plan.
You will need a printer to print out the workbooks and an email account so that I can send you any additional resources.

This option is a half way house and consists a self study/reflection time combined with a degree of accountability.
You will work on the modules independently, which are released fortnightly, as well as having access to the accompanying tutorials that act as guidance to the workbooks.
You can book the 3 coaching sessions for whenever you need support over the 12 weeks; I suggest 1 session per month.

This option is for the self-starter who doesn't need accountability to take action!
You've got the get up and go to keep yourself motivated and on track with progress and prefer working completely independently.
Each module will be released fortnightly with a new workbook for you to get stuck into.
A one off payment of £225
(Option to add in ad-hoc coaching sessions or check-ins if required for an exchange of £75 per hour).
