Menopause can significantly affect women in the workplace, yet it remains a subject of little discussion.
For Employees
The menopause awareness workshops I run with my colleague Helen Jefferies, a Registered Homeopath, provide education, support, self-help tips and strategies to create a positive and empowering approach for women going through this transition.
We also offer 1:1 sessions with women wanting more individualised support.
For Managers
Menopause awareness is high on the agenda for workplaces having gained much attention in the press recently. We offer training for Managers in menopause awareness, in particular how symptoms effect employees at work, and how to create a supportive environment for employee's going through this transition, focusing on communication, behaviours and actions.

Kinesiology is a powerful tool for reducing stress, improving focus, and enhancing overall health and wellbeing. Through 1:1 personalised sessions, leaders and managers can uncover and address hidden stressors that may be impacting their work and wellbeing, allowing them to reduce symptoms and better manage workload, teams and life outside of work.
