Jennie Beasley, HR & Career Coach, and I are launching our new coaching & mentoring support program for HRBPs in February 2025.

We know how hard it is to work in HR.

We know how hard it is to be used as a scapegoat in difficult, conflict & sensitive situations.

We know how hard it is to manage managers.

We know how hard it is to do a role that few understand.

That’s why we’ve created our 12 week online programme that will provide:

- Community
- A safe space in which to explore concepts and ask questions
- Coaching & mentoring based on our combined 40+ years experience in HR across different industries
- Normalisation of the challenges you face, whether they’re about your development or business matters
- Mental and emotional health support as you work through those challenges

Sometimes you have to look outside of the business for help and that’s exactly what we’re here to provide.  We will support you as you grow in confidence, courage and resilience.

We'll be focusing on making strategy simple and sharing practical tools to boost your confidence.

There'll be an element of mentoring as well as an action-learning inspired way of sharing challenges and finding solutions with HR professionals in the same boat as you.

The Details

We start on Wednesday 12th February and will meet every other Wednesday from 1.30-3pm with a break for Easter. 

(Meeting dates: 12 & 26 Feb, 12 & 26 Mar, 9 & 23 Apr)

Cost: £899 pp
